Modern design of water supply systems from Remvodplast Plus

The company ‘Remvodplast Plus’ (Kyiv) since 2006 performs the whole complex of works to provide water to industrial and municipal enterprises of Ukraine.
The professional team of our design engineers performs the entire list of works on the design of water supply systems in civilian buildings (where, first of all, water consumption for household and household needs, fire extinguishing) and industrial purposes (accounting and control of water consumption at enterprises) are taken into account in accordance with:

• DBN B.2.5-75: 2013. Sewerage. external networks and structures;
• DBN B.2.5-64: 2012. Internal water supply and sewerage;
• DBN B.2.5-74: 2013. Water supply. External networks and structures.

The main approach to the design of water supply systems
The design is performed in accordance with the technical task of the customer.
The design determines the most favorable location of the water distribution unit, equipped with control of water flow by means of water meter and pumping devices.
Routes of laying of water distribution pipelines are developed, placement of consumers is defined.
Hydraulic calculation is performed. According to the loads, the cross section of pipes, materials, water fittings, pumps, manometers, plumbing equipment and more is selected.
The water supply system also takes into account the fire extinguishing system, which consists of:

•   fire pipelines.
•   fire hydrants, hydrants, splinkers (with a sink fire extinguishing system).

The water supply section determines their location and gasket routes.
The water supply section is developed together with the design of sewerage (drain) and heating systems.
Before its development, the volume of water consumption and sewage at a certain standard purpose by the seasons of the year is specified in advance.

What is taken into account when developing a vehicle?

1. The main type of water supply: centralized or autonomous.
2. Type of water source. Sources, in turn, are divided into:

•   Natural surface springs (river, lake). Their choice entails additional hydrological research, as well as the choice of special (more complex) cleaning technology.
•   The nearest water pipes are laid. The most recommended type of source. To connect to these waterways, the permission of the regulatory authorities is required. At this stage, the niche specialists pre-evaluate the cost of design work for customers.
•   Natural groundwater sources. Their advantage is that these waters, as a rule, do not require deep purification, the sample of surface water treatment in the form of settling of the first and second degrees, filtration, coagulation and chlorination. It is enough to disinfect bactericidal sources of radiation.

3. Pipe wiring system: upper or lower (for residential buildings).

The composition of the project of water supply systems:
Hydraulic calculations, explanatory schemes and notes, list of selected equipment, marking of water supply risers, plans indicating the location of water distribution units, plumbing devices with a description of their brands and indications, axonometric water supply scheme, connection scheme To the centralized water supply networks and the consolidated statement of consumption of materials (the specification of the equipment).

The project is fully protected in the authorized controlling organizations and, if necessary, in Ukrderzhbudekspertyz.

PE ‘Remvodplast Plus’ takes on the whole set of works, starting from the collection of initial data and the preparation of the technical task and ending with the receipt of the whole set of documentation necessary for the start of work.
